Chain and addresses

Robinhood Chain, USDG, and what the vault's constructor refuses to deploy against.

Chain Robinhood Chain, id 4663 (0x1237)
RPC https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com
Explorer https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com
Native ETH, 18 decimals
USDG 0x5fc5360D0400a0Fd4f2af552ADD042D716F1d168, 6 decimals
Vault 0xF56e7C76cB5046a0F5f2dD24F5E91f81BD31B816 (DEED / vDEED)
Registry 0x416e3083430c3B4b0861A500f32565878C7ECf8F (RollRegistry)

The vault and registry went live on 22 September 2026, deployed together with a 100 USDG seed in the same broadcast, so the first share price was exactly 1.000000. Cap at launch: 100,000 USDG. Both are owned by 0x93c2a07B856111D5cEa6b3D9e3f8c46e6b071f81.

Checked against the live chain on 21 September 2026. eth_chainId returns 0x1237. The USDG address has code and answers decimals() = 6, symbol() = USDG, name() = Global Dollar.

Decimals

USDG6
vDEED18
navPerShare in RollRegistry12

vDEED's 18 comes from USDG's 6 plus a _decimalsOffset() of 12. That single decision does two jobs — see The contracts.

The constructor checks the asset

The vault's constructor verifies the asset's decimals at deploy time. A wrong address, or a token with different decimals, would ship a vDEED token wrong by a factor of a trillion. The guard turns that into a failed deploy rather than a discovery.

EVM version

evm_version = "shanghai" in foundry.toml. The chain executes PUSH0 and the Cancun opcodes, so this is supported and deliberately conservative — there is nothing to gain from Cancun here and a reason to stay behind the frontier.

Base fee at the time of checking was 0.0493 gwei, so gas is not a design constraint on this chain.

USDG is not DEED's contract

USDG is an upgradeable proxy with a pause, controlled by its issuer. Read it on chain rather than assuming. DEED's guarantee that a holder can always redeem is a guarantee about DEED's own contract; it cannot extend to the asset underneath.
